Order Lead Times:
We strive to have your order ready for delivery or collection within the estimated lead time stated on our shop items. However, these timeframes are approximate and may be extended due to factors such as manufacturer stock shortages, high production demands, or transport delays/rescheduling. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the specified time, please allow up to an additional 10 working days.
Alternative Product If Out Of Stock:
We stock Redcor BlueScope steel edging from two manufacturers. In the event that one manufacturer is out of stock or our inventory is depleted, we will offer an alternative product or provide an estimated restock lead time, allowing you to choose the best option. Please note that once an order is placed online, prices cannot be adjusted to accommodate an alternative product. The differences in lengths and sizes between both suppliers are minimal.
Making Changes To Your Order:
To maintain accuracy and minimize errors in order processing, all change requests must be submitted in writing. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify and confirm the correct quantities and products before finalizing the order.
Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date, as transportation arrangements may already be finalized. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply if changes are requested after the order has been picked.
Delivery:
We use external transport companies for deliveries, and unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays or rescheduling. We cannot be held liable for any financial loss resulting from delivery delays or changes.
Incorrect Or Damaged Product/s:
If you receive incorrect or damaged products, we will work closely with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, please note that while we are committed to assisting with the resolution, we are not responsible for covering transportation costs for returns or replacements. All replacement approvals are subject to the manufacturer’s assessment of the product’s condition.
Collection:
Orders must be collected from our premises as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in delays or restocking fees. We hold the right to refuse loading if your transport does not comply with the length and weight regulations.
Returns:
We accept returns if you have purchased the wrong product; however, this does not apply to custom product orders. To initiate a return, you must contact us first and return the product to Garden Edging Supplies within 5 days.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to account for the discount required to resell the item. Redcor steel is initially stored with a thin oil coating on its surface. Once handled and exposed to the elements, the natural rusting process begins and cannot be reversed. As a result, any product that has started this process cannot be classified as new and may not be eligible for return.
*Refunds are only applicable for purchases up to $500 (including GST).
Promotion Items Returns:
Any promotional or clearance discounted items we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
Refunds:
If you cancel your order before payment has been made to the transport company, a full refund (minus any credit card fees) can be processed via bank transfer within 5 business days. However, if transportation has already been booked and paid for, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
*No refund will be provided for custom product orders if payment has been made to the manufacturer or if a job number has been issued.
